Our 1 oz. breakfast sausage links are made using a family recipe that perfectly seasons our fresh ground pork to bring you a great country sausage link. For a fuller pork flavor, brown slowly until you achieve a dark rich color. Be sure they are thoroughly cooked and brought to an internal temperature of 160 degrees before eating. These sausages are packed in (2) -1 pound packages and shipped frozen.

Bred from Duroc Boars and "White Line" Sows
All of Salmon Creek's farmers raise only Duroc boars and "white line" (Landrace, Chester White, Yorkshire cross) sows to product our pigs. While Duroc boars are known for their superior growth and meat quality, the "white line" sows tend to raise strong, healthy litters. The resulting meat has more fat, tenderness and flavor.
Completely Natural
In addition to breeding healthy lines of pigs, our farms only give them high quality feed as well as wheat and barley, much of which is grown on-site. Our pigs are never fed antibiotics or hormone-like growth promotants. We never add artificial enhancers, preservatives, chemicals or extra moisture either. With meat this nutritious and delicious, you don't need anything more.
