Our Alaskan wild Pacific halibut fillet is cut into 6-8 oz portions. Halibut is a thick, white fish that is firm but tender, we remove the skin and bones for easy preparation. Halibut is a very lean fish and will tend to dry out if overcooked. However, cooked correctly, this halibut will be tender and flakey with a mild, sweet flavor fresh from the sea.
