When you buy Natural Frenched Pork Chops from Porter & York, you’re getting carefully selected Salmon Creek Farms Pork Product full of flavor. This 12 oz. frenched pork rib chop is taken from the rib section of the pork loin. We french the rib bone on each chop for a great plate presentation and added flavor. Frenching is a technique where the rib bone is exposed and all meat is removed from the bone.

Cook pork to an internal temperature of 145 degrees (slight pink blush in center) and you will have a tender, flavorful, juicy pork chop. These pork chops lend themselves well to dry rubs, brining or marinade to add flavor and moisture to the cut.

In addition to breeding healthy lines of pigs, our farms only give them high quality feed as well as wheat and barley, much of which is homegrown. Our pigs are never fed antibiotics or hormone-like growth promotants. We never add artificial enhancers, preservatives, chemicals or extra moisture either.
