Porter & York’s Natural Angus top sirloin steak is very lean cut with a rich beef flavor.  This steak is also commonly referred to as a baseball cut or center cut sirloin. Our salmon was wild caught in the waters of southeast Alaska, using a line and hook method. After being caught, the fish is cleaned and frozen on board to hold in that fresh salmon flavor. Porter & York’s 6 oz Chicken Breasts will be the most tender chicken you have ever enjoyed.  We leave the skin on these all natural, free run breasts to enhance flavor and protect the delicate meat when cooking.

The aging process is the only way to achieve superb tenderness in beef.  At Porter & York, we age our beef for a minimum of 28 days at optimal conditions and temperatures to ensure the most tender cut possible.

Quality cattle are essential for an outstanding finished product.  That’s why only the finest grain fed, natural Angus cattle from Midwest American family farms supply the Porter & York beef.  Our meat comes from pasture-raised cattle that are fed a 100% vegetarian diet of grass, corn, and whole grains.

Our cattle are humanely processed in state of the art facilities.  We emphasize sustainability and ecologically friendly processes.  We do not add ingredients, colors, or chemicals.

 

Cut and Delivered Fresh – Never Frozen!

Unlike the other steak delivery guys, your order is cut fresh the day it ships from beef that has never been frozen.  Freezing and thawing compromises the flavor and tenderness of meat, freezing beef this good would be a shame!
